By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to the policies below. Please read carefully before placing an order.

01 — Order Details & Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for ensuring that all order details — including size, design, fabric, and color — are correct at checkout.
JAYA is not liable for inaccurate information submitted by the client.

02 — Size & Fit

We provide a detailed size guide to help you choose your correct size.
Abaya fit may vary depending on the design and cut.
Selecting the right size remains the client’s responsibility.

03 — Cancellations & Deposits

All confirmed and paid orders are final and cannot be canceled, as production begins immediately to ensure timely delivery.

Deposits or advance payments are non-refundable.
They secure your item(s) and cover processing and administrative costs.

04 — Refunds, Exchanges & Alterations

Because our abayas are handcrafted and made to order, we do not offer:

Refunds

Exchanges

Order cancellations

Alterations may only be approved if the issue is a fault by JAYA (such as wrong design or error in execution).
Wrong sizing chosen by the client is not eligible for free alterations.

We may accept alteration requests based on current workload and production capacity, and additional fees may apply for any adjustment unrelated to a JAYA mistake.

All confirmed purchases are considered final.

05 — Delivery Protocol

Clients must try the abaya while the delivery driver is still present.
Any concern must be reported immediately to avoid extra delivery charges for recollection or further handling.

06 — Order Processing & Confirmation

All orders are subject to availability and approval.
JAYA reserves the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion.
A confirmation message will be issued once the order has been successfully submitted.

07 — Intellectual Property

All designs, photos, logos, descriptions, and branding are owned exclusively by JAYA.
Reproduction, redistribution, copying, or commercial use without written authorization is strictly prohibited.

08 — Privacy Commitment

Your personal information is collected solely for order processing and service improvements.
We respect your privacy and handle all data securely.

09 — Policy Updates

JAYA may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Clients are encouraged to review this page periodically for any updates.

01 — مسؤولية العميل

يقع على عاتق العميل التأكد من دقة جميع تفاصيل الطلب قبل تأكيده، بما في ذلك المقاس، اللون، نوع القماش، والتصميم.
JAYA غير مسؤولة عن أي معلومات غير صحيحة يتم إدخالها من قبل العميل أثناء الطلب.

02 — المقاسات والقياسات

نوفر جدول مقاسات واضح لمساعدتكم على اختيار المقاس المناسب.
قد يختلف قياس العباءة حسب الموديل وقصّته.
اختيار المقاس الصحيح هو مسؤولية العميل بالكامل.

03 — الإلغاء والدفعات

جميع الطلبات المؤكدة والمدفوعة تعتبر نهائية ولا يمكن إلغاؤها، حيث يبدأ تجهيز الطلب فور تأكيده لضمان سرعة التسليم.

جميع العربونات أو الدفعات المقدّمة غير قابلة للاسترداد،
وذلك لتجهيز طلبكم وحجز القطعة وتحمل التكاليف الإدارية للطلب.

04 — الاسترجاع والاستبدال والتعديلات

نظرًا لأن جميع عباياتنا تُنفّذ بشكل يدوي وخاص حسب الطلب، فإننا لا نقدم:

إلغاء الطلب بعد تأكيده

التعديلات تُقبل فقط في حالة وجود خطأ من JAYA (مثل خطأ في التنفيذ أو التصميم).
أي خطأ في اختيار المقاس من قِبل العميل لا يشمَل أي تعديل مجاني.

قد نقبل طلبات التعديل بناءً على ضغط العمل والطاقة الإنتاجية المتاحة،
وفي حال الموافقة قد تُطبّق رسوم إضافية على التعديلات غير المتعلقة بخطأ من JAYA.

جميع المبيعات نهائية.

05 — تجربة القطعة عند الاستلام

يجب على العميل تجربة العباءة فور استلامها وقبل مغادرة مندوب التوصيل.
لضمان معالجة أي ملاحظات مباشرة بدون تكاليف إضافية لإعادة الاستلام أو تعديل الطلب فيما بعد.

06 — الطلبات والتأكيد

جميع الطلبات تخضع للتوافر والموافقة الإدارية.
تحتفظ JAYA بحق رفض أو إلغاء أي طلب وفقًا لتقديرها.
يتم إرسال رسالة تأكيد بمجرد نجاح عملية الطلب.

07 — الملكية الفكرية

جميع التصاميم والصور والشعارات والنصوص والعلامات التجارية الموجودة باسم JAYA هي ملكية خاصة بالموقع والعلامة.
يُمنع منعًا باتًا نسخها أو استخدامها أو توزيعها لأي غرض تجاري دون إذن كتابي مسبق.

08 — سياسة الخصوصية

نلتزم بحماية خصوصية عملائنا.
يتم استخدام بياناتكم الشخصية فقط لغرض إتمام الطلب وتحسين خدماتنا، ويتم التعامل معها بسرية تامة.

09 — تحديثات السياسة

قد يتم تعديل أو تحديث هذه الشروط والأحكام في أي وقت دون إشعار مسبق.
ويتحمل العميل مسؤولية مراجعة هذه الصفحة دوريًا للاطلاع على آخر التحديثات.
